Ongles City Westmount offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with welcoming staff and good products. The staff are so nice and super kind, always going above and beyond to make sure clients have a great experience. They honor appointment times and are always quick. The service is incredible, with staff taking their time to ensure every nail is well shaped and that clients are 100% happy. Services like gel extensions and shellac are done thoroughly, with shellac easily lasting a few months. It is the best nail salon in the neighbourhood, and customers keep coming back and recommend the business to others.
This was my first time visiting, and overall I had a really solid experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was super kind, respectful, and welcoming. They seated me right away, and the service was quick without feeling rushed.
They take great care of their clients—anytime I flinched even a little, the tech immediately checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The nail shaping was also fantastic and much better than other places I've been to, where nails can come out looking chunky.

The BEST salon in the city! I’ve been coming here for over a year now and have always received amazing service and results! They are very clean and respectful. Also, my nails last easily 6weeks+ without breaking. Definitely will continue coming here :)
Been getting my nails done here for months. The only place that consistently gives me exactly what I want, while being super long-lasting, no matter who does them.
I play classical guitar professionally, and not a single chip or fade.
