Nettoyeur Forget-St-Denis

A real joke. I bring two pieces of white clothing, with stains. The gentleman looks as if he is saying: “and how do you expect me to clean that?”. He told me that if I were me, he would try dish soap on some stains, and otherwise he wouldn't know what to do and there wouldn't be anything else to try.

I should have asked him if he uses dish soap to clean people's clothes, because that's all he had in his mouth.

As another customer said: this cleaner doesn't want to clean, and he finds a way to judge his customers in addition to not working.

Incompetence, phew......

And from the start, the gentleman began to show his reluctance on the 2 fake furs that surround the hoods. Coudonc, we are in Quebec! Cleaners should be made experts in this area!He even gave me back one of the 2 (detachable from the hood) so that I can take care of it myself! I told him: "but you are the professional, is it your job ?!".I wanted to try because it is near us. Big mistake! My coats were cleaned but they weren't so thick anymore. They lost their outfit.
