Fantastic experience. We recently had a small flood in our appartment due to the storm and found this company just around the corner from us. I called at 9am, Khaled was over before 12pm, back within 30mins with a big fan, texted the next day to check in and came back this morning to replace it with a dehumidifier as the carpet was dry. He's been perfectly on time each visit, very, very polite, super professional and respectful. We've already organised for him to come and clean our terrace next week. There are times when we become overwhelmed by situations. I called Cleaning Plus to inquire about the costs of cleaning for an elderly person whose apartment has been soiled for some time by their dog. This means that the smell in the accommodation was far from pleasant. Once informed of the situation and needs, Khaled sent me a quote for the work with a date and time scheduled for the meeting. On the scheduled morning, Khaled arrived with a team of 2 men and took charge. 3 short hours later, the floors were shiny again as if nothing had happened there.
