100% respect the appointment rule, if you don’t have your not getting in. My partner and I always call a few days or the day before for an appointment.Luckily all we had to do was drop our vehicles off early in the morning and come back at the end of the day ( most of the time it was on our day off we did this).Overall 10/10, the people are respectful and professional about their work. We understand that since it’s a smaller shop, they are high demand for appointments and repairs. Buts that’s every shop on the island, so I’d suggest to customers to plan accordingly and ahead if they know that they need maintenance or repairs on their vehicles.

I hit a pothole in the dark which completely ruptured my tire. In a panic I asked CAA to drop me off on the street outside Nelson Garage (since I usually frequent the garage across the street). The following morning, I spoke with Kevin over the phone, even before they opened. Without any kind of an appointment, Kevin helped me out in a flash and swapped all 4 of my tires with a 1 day turnaround!! What started off as a nightmare, resulted in a really positive discovery. On top of that the pricing was extremely reasonable and they have a great location. Thank you for the great service team!Services: Tires
