Julien our sales helper was instrumental to match my type of playing to a good choice of digital piano in the store as he listened to the playing. He also made us feel comfortable. I had done research on certain model, but wasn't convinced after testing it. Julien then showed us something , a newer technology digital piano that I hadn't even considered. It's a great piano, we've had it for a month. Although it's a store full of merchandise, I love how the upper floor of the store had a quiet place on a Saturday afternoon, in order to try out the pianos. We also got great financing via Yamaha. Julien is a very well-informed salesperson to help you sort out your choices. Almost if not all the pianos in the store are new pianos (there might have one used model). I would recommend this store and this salesperson if needing help to find a suitable piano. Also, delivery was prompt, and the technical setup person very pleasant when setting up at my home.“
