Good website that allows the customer to make a reservation the same day (in my case, in 45 minutes' time) or on a later day. At the NDG location the customer can sit in the waiting room and watch the work through big windows. Nice clean shop. The staff were polite. In November they work efficiently in three parallel production lines each with several stages. CAA members get a discount. I am unable to assess the effectiveness of the treatment, but I believe a mineral oil spray will be effective.
Service was good, they started working on my car before I even went inside to give them the details of reservation and vehicle. Straight to work, which was fantastic. I did the anti rust treatment for the entire vehicle and went by quickly. They lifted my car and were nice enough to allow me to look under my car while it was up for maintenance reasons. Unfortunately it's my car's first time getting this treatment so they needed to drill holes and I wasn't the happiest with that, one hole in particular seems as if they put a lot of pressure and dented the part before making the hole.
