I used Meldrum to move a client yesterday and they were just AMAZING. I truly appreciated the fact that they were able to accommodate this urgent move request (2 days notice), and for sending such awesome, quick and efficient movers! I was so impressed with how quickly they loaded the belongings and how careful and diligently they were to ensure nothing was damaged. They provided such great service and made it a seamless move that my client referred to them as "Amazing - just like Santa's Helpers". We had an issue at one point with our lock and they quickly called the office who immediately dispatched another mover to come and resolve the issue. Talk about offering top notch customer service ! In addition, each time I called their office, regardless of who answered, they were polite, friendly, understanding and quick to provide a response. I was just so impressed by the consistent excellent service I received. I highly recommend them for any move!
