I stopped into MAC at 770 Saint-Catherine St W,, on a whim during a recent visit to Montreal from Toronto, intending to pick up just a lip liner during Black Friday weekend sale, but I ended up having one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to Christopher Lee! Although MAC has always been my favourite cosmetic brand, I honestly hadn’t shopped there in a while because I struggled to find the right help. That completely changed today.

I received excellent service but I noticed one sales person kept saying to customers ask someone else I am on break. Yes everyone is entitled a break but making this announcement over and over sounded rude, just as easily said....I'm not available at the moment, one of my colleagues would be more than happy to assist you shortly. Please provide the tall blonde with customer service training.
