As other reviewers have pointed out the wait times are extreme. With an appointment we wait 2-3 hours to see the doctor every time we come.
I don’t want to mention the doctor‘s name, but he’s average at best not particularly friendly and doesn’t remember us.
Front desk staff is friendly.
*update 10-2026: the last few times I’ve been wait has been less and care has been excellent.
Impossible to get the line, have to book appointment via e mail, and then hound them to send you the info. Tedious and annoying process considering it's a private clinic. But totally worth it to see Dr. Rousseau. He is fantastic
Good when you get to see the doctor.
Impossible to get my phone call answered. Waited over an hour. As soon as it is my turn, I get the menu again and end up at the end of the line. The website will not let make an appointment. Again nothing against the doctor that I like, but the admin side is awful.
