Kinda surprised by all the bad reviews because I actually had a great experience at this clinic and left feeling so happy that my family doctor has moved here. It was quick to get an appointment, the staff are all very friendly and courteous, and it was a really efficient process. Arrived about 10 mins before my appointment, saw the triage nurse right away and had my appointment with my doctor exactly at the scheduled time.
I honestly had an excellent experience. The woman who I spoke with on the phone was incredibly sweet and got me an appointment. I arrived for my appointment 10min early was seen five mins after, Dr. Lachance is always the best! Answered all my questions with care and I was out of there in 15mins with everything I needed! These doctors are under such high pressure with the new laws so I want to share my sincere thanks. Even the women at the front desk were lovely. A+ experience.
As other reviewers have pointed out the wait times are extreme. With an appointment we wait 2-3 hours to see the doctor every time we come.
I don’t want to mention the doctor‘s name, but he’s average at best not particularly friendly and doesn’t remember us.
