As other reviewers have pointed out the wait times are extreme. With an appointment we wait 2-3 hours to see the doctor every time we come.
I don’t want to mention the doctor‘s name, but he’s average at best not particularly friendly and doesn’t remember us.
Front desk staff is friendly.
I had a very good experience with the staff, the receptionist are very competent and friendly, the nurse was wonderful and the doctor too.
Arrived early for my appointment and they took me in earlier, doctor spent a good amount of time with me to do a proper diagnosis and answer all my questions. Did not feel rushed at all, thank you Dr Majeau.
Needed some documentation and the receptionist were very quick and responsive. So far Elna has been the best private clinic in Montreal (having gone to their other locations too)

And doctor Samuel Charles has been very professional, he really treats you with respect and compassion, he always gives you the right medicine to help you heal, i highly recommend 👍
