I originally booked a foot massage, but the therapist (Alice) noticed the elastic bandage wrapped around my left knee. This knee has been causing me problems for several months now. She retrieved some therapeutic cream and dedicated considerable time to working on the affected area. Her approach combined multiple techniques expertly—targeting pressure points, using kneading motions, and incorporating gentle stretches to address the tension in both my knee and calves. While I don't want to get ahead of myself, I've already noticed significant improvement. I'm extremely satisfied with the results so far.

Amazing little place in the heart of downtown Montreal. Foot reflexology is really their speciality, and you need to be familiar with this type of massage to assess its quality. Alice and Eric have excellent massage techniques and are very friendly. Plus the value for money is excellent. I've been going to this spa for reflexology massages for over 10 years now and I'm never disappointed.
