I'm extremely picky with my car washes; 99% of the time I'm disappointed with the service as I'm able to do a better job myself. Wave did a pretty great job with my car, and it's a good value given the convenience (and luxury) of them coming to you for the wash! Car looks brand new! Great service and communication. Joe was very patient as we drove around to find a quiet space to park since we live in a pretty busy neighborhood. Highly recommended!
Quick, good communication, very thorough, and honest - recommended I skip the wax I'd asked for as my car wasn't bad enough to need it right before winter, didn't give me a hard time for giving him the wrong address and wasting 15 of his minutes (oops!). Would recommend, will use again.
