They take the time to understand each customer's individual needs and concerns, and go the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable for all ages. Children, in particular, are made to feel comfortable and included in the process, making it a great place for families.
This was my husband's first visit to this atelier. We were both extremely impressed by the friendly professionalism of the entire staff and by the welcoming ambience. Maria's aesthetic sensibilities, artistic talent and luminous kindness were deeply appreciated. A wonderful experience. This business serves gents of all ages with warmth and respect.
Rui took the time to understand all of my concerns and problems I was having before cutting my hair. That extra step took my haircut to the next level and I feel like I look great! Thanks Rui!
Got a very good haircut for myself and my grandson. The staff was super kind to my 8 year old grandson and tried to give him the Mohawk he wanted. Love a place that works for all ages.
