I recently had laser hair removal treatments at IPL Lab Plateau and had such a good experience. Valentina was incredibly kind and professional, and made me feel comfortable from the first appointment. I was a little nervous at first, but she explained everything clearly and made the process feel easy and stress-free.

The salon is very clean, proper, and welcoming, and appointments were always smooth and on time. You can really tell they care about their clients. I’m very happy with the experience so far and would definitely recommend IPL Lab Plateau and Valentina to anyone considering laser hair removal.

I had a very good experience with the skin lightening treatment. I completed 6 sessions and noticed a visible improvement in the overall brightness and evenness of my skin tone. The process was gradual, but by the end of the treatment course I was happy with the results. The staff was professional, explained the treatment well, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I would recommend IPL Lab to anyone considering skin lightening treatment.
