I originally had black virgin hair and decided to do something different at home and ended up looking so bad. I came in with botched hair it was so ugly and uneven. Jennifer and Yasser gave me so much hope with their consultation. I loved their honesty and communication on how to proceed. Kelly was the one who did my hair. I was so scared I would look the same because I wanted a lighter colour than black like a light brown. They saved my hair and it looks so good im obsessed and I look like a different gal. Once you explain what you want, she instantly understands the style. She is gentle with my sensitive hair, no pulling at all—very professional, amazing result. Highly recommend!
