Kudos to the Ford Gabriel team! Came in for a car service. Had never been here before and was very impressed with the service from the minute I arrived. Omar in the Service Dept was very helpful, friendly, experienced and professional. He handled my issue quickly and expertly. He also introduced me to other members of the sales team to help with other queries I had. Considering this was my first time here and I am not a long-standing customer, I felt extremely well taken care of. As I waited for my car, I could see the whole vibe of the place is welcoming, efficient and professional. Would def recommend and wish I had come here sooner!!
