I usually don’t post because I never want to bring down anyone or their business. However, I felt the need to share my experience so that improvements can be made and others don’t have to go through the same thing I did. I went in with thick, even eyebrows and only wanted a cleanup, but unfortunately, I left with very thin, uneven brows and felt truly disappointed. I would also like to mention hygiene concerns, specifically the use of the same wax stick and strips, including double dipping. I never experienced so much pain for a beauty service in my life.Yesterday, my friend and I decided to try eyebrow threading for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn't read reviews in advance. We just trusted the person performing the service, a lady in her 50s or 60s (hard to say) with long, blond hair.When my turn came, the lady greeted a person who was her apprentice, younger lady.
