DuoVision is a exceptional family business known for its outstanding customer service. Friendly, smiling, and attentive staff provide a warm welcome. The father-son duo offers impeccable service and tries to satisfy everyone to the best of their ability. They speak Spanish and make customers feel like at home, never pressured to buy anything. With great service and quality for prescriptions and glasses, it is the definition of customer service and a great place for an eye exam.
Best place in Canada to do your prescription and glasses, as a newcomer I thought I’d never find a place as in my country but this one is even better, the service and quality are both great also they even speak my native language, made me feel like at home and never feel pressured to buy anything at all, this place is the definition of customer service.

I've been wearing glasses for 34 years and this is the best place I've ever been ??. I had lost a lens from my glasses and they gave me an appointment for the next day and the day after that I already had my new glasses?????. And to choose my new frames the help from the staff was wonderful ? and I even bought sunglasses adjusted to my vision for the first time in my life ? and I love my two pairs ❣️
