Liza is my go-to Montreal nail girl! I’ve tried many nail technicians over the years and in different countries and her technique is unmatched! Besides being very kind, genuine, and cool, my nails feel the strongest and look the best they ever have. I always leave very happy and loving my nails. Even after a few weeks, my nails are always in perfect shape. She is also very honest and on the days I arrive not 100% sure on what to do, I always trust her to guide me in the right direction. She’s been doing my nails for 6 months now and I will 100% be continuing my appointments with her :)
DanDan did an excellent job on my nails, but I really don’t like that you have to pre-pay for your appointment. It makes changing things complicated. I had a family issue so I needed cancel my appointment, and even though the policy is a fee when it’s within 24 hours, I wasn’t able to cancel for a full refund 27 hours before. I couldn’t cancel earlier on Sunday or Monday because the store is closed so I had no choice but to wait until 27 hours before. Thankfully I could reschedule it over the phone but it caused me stress. You should allow cancelling by the customers online or not charge beforehand. It makes me not want to book again because it’s unduly stressful.
I’ve been going here for years. I’ve tried many different salons in Montreal and they do the best nails by far. Their manicures last and look nice the longest. Great quality for your money. I love the staff, everyone is friendly and fun to be around.
