Been a member at MAA for over a year now. A couple of weeks ago I finally decided to book my first consultation with a trainer, Charif. He gave me a complete and comprehensive workout plan and diet to follow. I’ve been following it since and seen really promising progress. He always stops by to see how I’m doing at the gym and letting me know he’s there if I have any questions. Highly, highly recommend!!!
I was trying to unlock a new lift and the trainer charaf noticed I was struggling and immediately came over and offered insight and helped me finish the move in a safe manner.
It was highly motivational
Really great facility. I’ve been a member since June and I honestly have no complaints. It’s absolutely worth it, especially with how many classes are included. The instructors are amazing too.
A lot of people talk about the price, but they forget everything that comes with it, the classes, pool, sauna, steam room, free towels, and more. This isn’t your typical commercial gym. It’s a full sports club. For what you get, I think the price makes sense.
