I can’t say enough good things about the service team here. Carlos and his team got me out of a tight spot. My car window was smashed and I had to pick someone at the airport, and they took care of everything - putting tape over the window within minutes of calling the dealership, turning the window repair around in time for the rest of my trip, and also letting me keep the car locked overnight so that it wasn’t broken into with the missing window. Thanks again Carlos!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE with “SERGE”
Special thanks to SERGE for his excellent help in selecting and purchasing my Toyota RAV4. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, with an amazing way of dealing with customers that made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He also took the time to give me a full and clear demonstration of the car. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car
I would give 6 stars if I had the chance because Jason and Randy went above and beyond in helping me and my family! First staying an extra 2 hours on Christmas Eve so my car could be towed there as well as getting me home safely with my family. In the situation I was in, they both saved me and protect me from being stranded. Many thanks to them!!!
