My mum went to Andrew for a haircut and root touch up. Firstly, even though our dates for the appointment were not flexible, Andrew was obliging enough to give us an appointment despite the season being very demanding of his time. He also promised to take good care of her, which immediately made me feel comfortable to send her alone.
