ive had many poor experiences at hairdressers, and was close to giving up trying to find one that could give me a hairstyle i liked. super happy i came here! i briefly explained to yannick that I was anxious about getting my hair cut again, and he explained how he was going to approach it very clearly and confirmed he understood what i wanted before starting. i especially appreciated that he didn’t treat my hair as if it were straight and considered it while cutting. my hair is wavy, though multiple stylists have told me it was too straight to get the layers and shape i wanted.

Yannick has been cutting my hair for the past 20 years! He was the first person to ever make me feel confident about my haircut and he continues to surprise me 20 years later. Love coming here. Big fan of the lighting and mirrors. Always good vibes :)

Olivier saved my hair & my self esteem!!! 💕 I have lots of super fine and super straight hair which can actually be a huge challenge to cut—any mistakes are extra evident.

Yesterday, I received a blunt cut when I asked for feathered look from another spot which made me cry (it was blunt but it was also longer by at least 2 cm on the left side); Today, I walked in and Olivier took one look and explained how he would fix everything. Best hair experience in Canada for me so far!! So much love and good technique in his craft. Definitely my new spot. This place was also two times cheaper than the place that left me in tears yesterday?!
