We worked with James Jefford as our project manager from Billdr. Before staring our work with him, we were completely lost in how to find and evaluate our contractors. He is a great project partner for us. He spend times to explain the different parts to us and help us to decide. He has an amazing sense of responsibility. He is always accessible and have solutions for any problem you may encounter?! I'm at the beginning stages of my home remodel. Even though I've done several home remodels in California... I'm new to Montreal/Quebec and Canada. So having a Project Manager like James Jefford with me every step of the way has been a huge sigh of relief and helps with the stress, information, budgeting, and everything else that has come up thus far. I'll be continuing to redo the entire foundation and build a fully finished basement as well as add an additional upper level to the home the year after.
