I came to this mall with a charm bracelet my niece made for me. It means a lot to me, but I knew it was delicate and wanted it professionally strengthened. I visited two other jewelry stores in the mall first — one wouldn’t even give me the time of day and told me to go elsewhere, and the other was openly disrespectful.
Then I found Ornat Jewelry, and I’m so glad I did. When I spoke to Natalie, she was unbelievably respectful, kind, and professional. She treated me and my bracelet with genuine care.

A very nice experience. The owner and the seller were very welcoming. I came in with an idea and they listened to my needs. They were able to find what I wanted and I came out with a beautiful, affordable pair of earrings.
bad experience. disappointed not to get a ring for me.I bought an engagement ring that was supposed to be ready on Thursday. when I pass the locker tells me it will be ready tomorrow. the next day I come back; the ring was poorly made by their jeweler. However, the owner offered me another ring which will not be adjusted but which I can return after my request. a gesture that I appreciated. however I requested a refund. otherwise the employees are smiling and tried to help me as best they could.
