I recently moved to Montréal and was mourning the loss of my (lovely) former threader. I am so happy I found this shop! They are quick, kind, and do wonderful work. I put off getting my brows done out of fear of a bad threading, but they an incredible job and I feel human again! I will 100% be returning the second they start growing in again.
The customer service here is truly outstanding, especially Raj. I arrived 5 mins before closing and she serviced me with pleasure, as always. I do not go to any other place in Montreal for waxing. I highly highly recommend!!
First time getting eyebrows threaded and tinted and I was greeted by a very welcoming lady, didn't get her name unfortunately. She did the eyebrows in what seemed like less than a minute, great shape and exactly what I wanted! She then proceeded to tint them and I was a little worried seeing as it was my first time but she matched the colour perfectly! She had just started there three days prior and had to call her boss for a couple things which is normal and I will definitely go back - absolutely great service, tuhāḍā dhanavāda!
