Visited last week, first time. Was a pleasant experience. I learned some people come only for the heath facilities which are ok. People were respectful if you wanted to remain alone.
Otherwise a certain glance or open towel invited male company if you wanted.

I am a mature Senior and will definitely return.
Afternoons probably best at our age.

What sets this bathhouse apart is something increasingly rare: it hasn’t tried to reinvent itself. The 1970s Russian bathhouse bones are intact — and that’s exactly the point. It has authenticity that your typical bathhouse doesn’t.

Sometimes I come for a quiet steam and keep entirely to myself — no one bother you, no one expects anything. Or let the evening unfold naturally. Both are equally valid, and the vibe accommodates both without tension.
