The moment my daughter walked into the salon, we felt like absolute princesses. Rachel gave us a beautiful manicure experience and we then went downstairs where we got an amazing scalp massage before our shampoos. They treated us to a hot chocolate and a cafe latte. Tina took great care of our hair. I especially appreciated her patience and knowledge explaining to me how to style my new haircut. I highly recommend this salon/spa!

I was a little apprehensive because I tend not to like large salons, which often feel impersonal, but I had a very good first experience. From the reception to the shoulder and head massage, shampoo, and cut, I have nothing but good things to say. Lily, especially, is extremely professional and precise with her scissors and brush. The atmosphere of the salon is both upbeat, positive, and relaxed. As my hair was being cut, I saw a client's manicure, which looked flawless, so I might come back for that, and I'll certainly return for a cut. Lovely.
