An incredible team of kindness that challenges us! I can only recommend this place for anyone who wants to try Crossfit for the first time and anyone who is more expert, the place is great!
Attentive and experienced coaches who know how to adapt to all levels and a welcoming community of athletes. A huge thank you to the Abattoir Crossfit Plateau team for introducing me to this sport and supporting my progress!
After training in different CrossFit gyms, I tried CrossFit plateau and never left. It has been 11 years now… I love the environment, coaches are nice, professional and always focusing on technique over pr’s or heavy weights, 6am classes available ?
