We replaced our heat pump system in our condo (heat pump with a single wall unit) with a complete multi-zone system of 4 units.Unlike other companies who send you salespeople who find no installation problem for what you want to do, the company from the start mentioned the technical constraints on what we wanted and made recommendations that we adopted. .The installation took place in two stages, the first took place over two days, the technicians worked carefully with carpet so as not to damage our wooden floor. When we had constraints with other trades (carpentry in particular), the company quickly made itself available to have the technicians intervene in a timely manner to ensure that our project was not delayed.Our only regret is not having come across this company when we did a similar installation in our old condo in 2017.

Their technician named Ra knows it, found a problem quickly, well done, I recommend this team, quick response, gives the correct time, all teamwork that is out of the ordinary compared to others that even happen to them not up to their standards (A.C) well done to them I highly recommend them, real professionals

Very present to sell but take care of the maintenance..we don't answer our calls..The lady says ---------I'm just the telephone operator.. having known before..shame..since September 22--request appointment for furnace maintenance purchased a year ago...very busy but not busy to sell it.sylvain lanthier.-No return call yet..I ask for --consumer protection. After 1 month and 3 days no return call...fortunately my furnace didn't break in the middle of the night in winter...Last night my new furnace didn't stop working and the air was warm. already waited 6 weeks for a cleaning and ps still came...so I have no heating..nice-------new furnace..

Richard Ringuette is as good as his feet when it comes to after-sales service. I found solder in a water pressure regulator and he never admitted wrongdoing. The electrician tried to give me a used circuit breaker instead of a new one. Not impressed with this company.
