I asked for a copy of the invoice by email for the purpose of lost taxes following a move, I was told, WE DON'T DO THAT.. with a smile in the voice…… it costs me more than $3000 and you are not able to go to the file to make a simple email copy? Little laugh again...Exceptional doctor but the one who answered me with a big capital 0 lady of a certain age in addition to customer service. At my next follow-up visit I will contact his boss personally and I will file a complaint, be sure. When you're bored, you change jobs.You are tarnishing the reputation of the clinic with your lack of judgment
