The spa itself is beautiful. The location is stunning, the site is very well designed, and I loved how large the property is. Unfortunately, the customer service completely overshadowed everything else.
We booked for 7 people, but only 3 of us were getting massages. During the booking process, we had to choose a time for the whole group (we chose 9:00 a.m., which is when the spa opens). It was never made clear that this time was specifically for the massage appointments rather than just our arrival time for the thermal experience.
The confirmation email said to arrive 30 minutes early, so we actually tried calling around 8:40 a.m. to clarify the timing for the massages, but nobody answered. While we were on our way, we received a call saying we were late and that the time we missed would be deducted from the length of our massages. We asked if it would be possible to simply move our massages to a later time since the spa was practically empty, but they refused. Instead, they told us our only option was to cancel, pay a 50% cancellation fee, and then rebook.
The cancellation fee made even less sense. They applied the 50% penalty to everything, both the massages and the thermal experience, even though only the massage appointments were affected. Charging 50% of the entire package rather than just the massages felt unreasonable and unfair. What made this even more frustrating was that the spa had plenty of availability. There were barely any people there that day, so accommodating a later massage time would have been easy.
On top of that, I found the spa to be overpriced for what it offers. I go to spas quite often, and while the facilities here are beautiful, I don't think the overall experience justifies the price. I usually go to Spa La Source in Rawdon, which is admittedly much smaller. That's actually why I wanted to try this spa; I was looking forward to experiencing a larger facility. Unfortunately, I ended up regretting that decision.

We had an excellent experience at the spa. We booked our spa visit through the hotel where we were staying in Mont-Tremblant and encountered a few issues with the reservation. However, the spa handled the situation flawlessly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. A special thank you to Tania, the supervisor, for her exceptional customer service and professionalism.
We enjoyed both the thermal experience and massages, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The massage therapists were wonderful, highly skilled, and made us feel completely relaxed.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were beautiful and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
We truly had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

My daughter asked if her wet robe could be exchanged for a dry one and was told to hang it in the sauna to dry. Her request for a replacement robe was declined. Later, when her mother-in-law requested a dry robe, it was replaced immediately. When her stepmother made the same request, she was initially told that exchanging robes was not the spa’s policy, but that an exception would be made.
I have visited other spas where exchanging wet robes is a standard courtesy. On the day our group of seven attended, it was raining, and having to remain in a damp robe certainly detracted from the overall experience and atmosphere.
What was most disappointing was the inconsistent treatment of my daughter compared to her mother-in-law and stepmother. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this spa.

This was my first time visiting a Scandinave Spa in June, and it was much better than I expected. The outdoor temperature was perfect, making it easy to spend long periods relaxing on the lounge chairs, under the trees, or in the quiet indoor relaxation areas.
Another advantage of visiting in the summer is that it was not crowded, which made the experience even more peaceful and enjoyable. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil spa experience.

We spent the evening at Scandinave Spa and absolutely loved it. The setting is beautiful, tucked into the forest with the river running alongside the property. Being able to cool off in the river between the hot pools and saunas was definitely a highlight.
The pools were great, the facilities were clean, and everything felt well maintained. What impressed me most was how quiet it was. Everyone respected the silence, which made it easy to completely relax and disconnect for a few hours.
It never felt crowded, and there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We even had a hummingbird stop by while we were relaxing, which made the whole experience even more special.
We’ll definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Best spa I’ve been to so far, great diversity throughout the spa, great tea available, beautiful view on the river through the spa. Lovely staff. Amazing relaxing areas. My only point that was slightly less enjoyable was the intensity od the jets in the biggest heated pool. They were so intense and loud that i found it harder to relax and the people i was with thought the same although I would definitely come again! Wonderful.

Please note that the environment maintains a high level of quietude, with strict enforcement of silence and the mandatory storage of all electronic devices in designated lockers. Photography of the premises is strictly prohibited. The cost is notably higher compared to other spas we have previously patronized. While massages are available, I was hoping for a facial and was somewhat disappointed to learn that an Esthetician is not on site. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our visit and the ability to fully unplug.
