From the moment I got into the spa, I knew I would get well taken care of. From the scent, the cleanliness but especially the professionalism and warmth of the whole team, everything was perfect.
Got a massage from Lydia, outstanding. Got greeted by Jade, so professional and kind. I truly recommend it to everyone. A must in Mont Tremblant

The spa appears to be in serious need of maintenance and attention. The waiting area was dirty and uninviting. The two white massage chairs featured prominently in the spa's promotional photos were both ripped, stained, and out of service, with signs posted on them. There were used dishes and tea cups piled up, and crumbs scattered throughout the carpeted waiting area. This is not the level of cleanliness or professionalism one expects from a spa associated with a Fairmont property.

My massage experience was equally disappointing. The massage table was broken and the heating function did not work. Despite the therapist's best efforts to make me comfortable by adding multiple blankets, I was cold throughout the entire treatment. The massage therapist was professional and tried to help, but the faulty equipment significantly impacted my ability to relax and enjoy the service.

Afterward, I explained my concerns at checkout. No effort was made to address the issues or offer any meaningful response. When I asked about adding a gratuity for the massage therapist to my credit card, the receptionist commented that she hadn't wanted to ask because of my poor experience. My response was that the therapist should not be penalized for equipment and maintenance problems that are the responsibility of the spa. The therapist did his best under unacceptable conditions.

Additionally, the pool and sauna facilities are shared with the entire hotel, making them crowded and far from the tranquil spa experience many guests expect when booking a premium spa treatment.

Overall, this was a dirty, poorly maintained, and disappointing experience. Until significant improvements are made to the facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and customer service, I would not return and could not recommend this spa to others.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience and, frankly, it doesn’t even deserve to be called a spa.

From the moment you arrive, there’s a complete lack of guidance or structure. You check in with an attendant and are then sent down a stairway with little to no instruction, no one to greet you, and no sense of direction. You’re left to figure things out on your own just to find the change rooms and lockers.

The “spa” facilities are even more underwhelming. The hot tub area feels more like a public pool, crowded and noisy, with bar service and people coming and going. That may be fine in another context, but it completely defeats the purpose of a spa experience. There should absolutely be a separate, quieter area reserved for guests actually there to relax.

Upstairs, the waiting area is just as disappointing. You’re left sitting in awkward, out-of-service-style chairs that feel neglected and far from anything resembling a four or five star environment. Even three star would be generous.

The massage itself was subpar at best. The treatment rooms are poorly designed, not calming, and lack any real sense of comfort or atmosphere.

Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, poorly thought out, and nowhere near the standard you would expect. A major letdown from start to finish.

I had an amazing relaxation massage with Denis. From the moment the session started, he created a calm and professional atmosphere, it was easy to fully unwind. His technique was gentle and promoted deep relaxation. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much lighter both physically and mentally. Highly recommend Denis to anyone looking for a truly soothing and high-quality massage experience.

Just finished my relaxation massage here at moment spa Tremblant and had an absolute amazing experience with my masotherapist Lydia, you can tell she really knew what she was doing and made the massage perfect. I’ve had many massages and this one by far was the best one I’ve had. Would recommend moment spa tremblant and Lydia without a doubt! Definitely gonna book again -Alex

We went to the spa over the long weekend and had a wonderful experience. Jade the manager was so welcoming and helpful. We then had 2 massages, best massages ever! The water facilities were nice, although a bit busy as it is part of the hotel. Overall it was great and we will be back next year!

Got a couple’s massage. For the price, and quality of the massage, we were shocked when they were finished with us. My masseur didn’t know where muscles were. Focused on bones. I still have knots where I told him to focus the most on at the initial consult. As someone who gets frequent massages, I’m at a loss for words. I’ve gotten better massages from my husband.

Went for a massage of 55 minutes in March. Way overpriced for what it is. It cost me 270$(cad). Don’t understand why they charge so much

The service staff are okay. The administrators/receptionists were rude, condescending and made my experience a nightmare. I got three services over 2 days spent way too much money for the experience and end results. The first day my manicure smudged after 2 hours drying. I called to try to cancel the pedicure I had the next day because I was unhappy with the results of the manicure. They didn't call me back for several hours and then told me I was outside of the 24-hour cancellation window. So I had to keep my pedicure for the next day. The next day the receptionist lectured me on letting my nails dry for 45 minutes. Even though I was clear that they smudged after 2 hours. I just did my own nails with nail polish I own at home and they're completely dry after 20 minutes. Then I was told when I requested a female masseuse at the last minute that I may lose my money and lose my massage because I was supposed to specify it when I booked the massage. Nowhere on their confirmation email does it state that. Even though I was gaslit and told that it did. I felt bullied and condescended to. They managed to get me a massage with a female masseuse which was fine. But then I was told I have dry skin under my eyes and need their expensive eye cream. Overall the experience was horrible. I can't believe I spent well over $700 Canadian. Worst spa experience I ever have had.
