Working with Josée was an absolute game-changer during our home buying journey. From day one, she was incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests at heart.
When we first applied for our mortgage, the bank misplaced our application, putting us at risk of missing a critical deadline for the home we had already made an offer on. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us an extra fee for an internal inspection due to their own error. Josée didn’t just accept that—she went to bat for us, fought hard, and got the fee completely waived. The bank even issued an apology thanks to her efforts.

My experience with Josee was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all questions quickly and made what could’ve been a stressful experience a smooth one. She made herself available every day of the week and at any time during the day to meet our deadlines. I highly recommend her to anyone that’s looking for reliable and dedicated mortgage broker!
