I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Flordeco in Matane. I had them install a runner in my home in December 2022. Despite the fact that I did not purchase the carpet product from them, they agreed to install it for me and sent two technicians. The project seemed to go well and the workers were very pleasant and professional.When it came to pay, I was surprised at the price. I informed the store that I was unhappy that it was more than they had originally advised. By the time we agreed upon a small price modification, it became clear that the workmanship was shoddy. Not listening to what we're really looking for.
I didn't like it. I still bought 2 cans of paint for $100. As I left, I told myself that despite their competence, the choice of colors offered was really not what I expected.
I went to Rona to buy some other paint.
