Never possible to have an emergency appointment the same day, secretaries refuse to help on this subject, availability on the patient portal opens at 6:00 a.m. and in 15 seconds it is already completely booked, you even have it no time to write down the reason for your consultation. And if there is a problem with the patient portal, no one on their staff was able to help me because it's not supported by them. There they completely washed their hands of the walk-in element of their clinic.

The service when you manage to get it is great, but it's almost impossible to get it.

Pire clinique médicale. Secrétaire en vacances 3 semaines et ne permet pas les messages sur sa boîte vocale et personne ne la remplace. Personne ne répond au téléphone depuis plus de 2 semaines. On nous demande de libérer les urgences des hôpitaux et d'aller voir notre médecin : à la clinique médi-centre Mascouche, clairement le message est le contraire.
