Saint-Basile-le-Grand“From my birth until 2003, I went to the Saint Basile Optical Center, which was formerly located in Montreal. I started wearing contact lenses and glasses in 1998. I always liked the warm side of the Center. I would have liked to have been told about disposable day glasses for comfort. In any case because of the Paragon CRT website which formerly gave the contact details of practitioners, a dubious practice because I would have much preferred to discuss what I had come across on the Internet with my optometrist at the time, Dr. Caroline Roch, instead of directing me to an unknown clinic. So I made the mistake of looking elsewhere and was treated like nothing, prescribed CRT lenses which caused me vision problems, fireworks around light sources and double vision, but the worst is really the black threads that wander across my visual field. For now I'm going to the Costco optometry clinic, it's apparently cheaper and also because I'm ashamed of my depression caused by the side effects of CRT lenses. But if I ever get better, I will return to the St-Basile Optical Center. My advice to clients and if I could speak to a younger me would be Don't look elsewhere because you are treated well at the Center whereas elsewhere you might be treated like a number.“

“Excellent welcome, examination worthy of the name, very professional. We are far away and don't hesitate to travel 40km to get there. Thanks again.“
