My experience with Émilie was very warm and caring. She explained the steps to me really well. My daughter felt so comfortable with her, that she even held out her arms for her to take (several times!). And the drilling didn't bother my casserole dish at all. A very nice experience!! :)

Émilie pierced the ears of my 2 daughters and I was very satisfied with the experience. She takes the time to apply an anesthetic cream to their ears before proceeding with the piercing. She is also an extremely perfectionist when it comes to positioning earrings! I recommend without hesitation
