I was thrilled with the service given me at the dealership!! After an auto theft!! I HAD to find a vehicle quickly. The financial rep made himself immediately available....on Sunday! His day off!! He counseled me on what I should be looking at to fit the budget I had in mind....and a few hours later I drove off with a vehicle I LOVE. These guys go above and beyond. It was the most pleasurable large purchase I can remember ever having!
Great sales service. The paperwork and delivery of the vehicle went well and I don't regret my Buick.
The only point to improve would be the washing of the car when taking possession since there was still glue linked to the films they put for transport.
As for after sales services I haven't had to go for servicing yet so can't really rate that part. Hoping that they will be up to the task of being different from other dealers.
Good experience purchasing a used vehicle, Sébastien and Wael always responded quickly to requests, they were conciliatory and accommodating.Everything went well, I recommend without hesitation.
