Wow! Exceptional service! All the staff are welcoming, friendly, competent!
Their only goal is to find a solution to your problem to the best of their ability.
I visited 5 garages for my puncture, all too busy to help me.
They, with a smile on their faces, found a stress-free solution for me that suited me greatly.
Really, hats off to this team with extraordinary service these days!!
Wow they performed a miracle for me!! In the morning, I broke my bumper and they attached it to me that same evening so that I could return home safely!!! What amazed me the most was that it was the first time I contacted them so they are really helpful to everyone!! Thank you very much!!???
We are grateful and so relieved when the team at Laurent Gilbert’s Napa Autopro helped us out! We started having brake issues as we left New Brunswick heading back to Ontario. We found Laurent’s place and went there to see if they could squeeze us into today. Not only did they do so, but they had it done before we got back to our hotel, where we expected to wait! They went above and beyond. The brakes are great; the price was great and the service outstanding!Service: Brakes
