We were in town from Toronto and required unexpected repairs to our car's rear brakes. I called many shops--all were fully booked more than a week out. After getting nowhere with phone calls, we went into town to the local Canadian Tire figuring we'd get further in person. Coincidentally, they happened to be doing repairs to their autoshop and couldn't do the work. A helpful service tech recommended we try Mecanique 360, which is just a half kilometer down the road. Our experience at the Magog Mécanique 360 in Magog was fantastic, and we're so grateful for their excellent service. We were in Magog for the day, visiting from Vermont, and at around 3:30pm we were ready to drive back home ... but the alternator in our car died! The tow truck dropped our car at Magog Mécanique 360 in Magog around 4:00, and we had not called them beforehand. Here's what then took place within about 10 minutes: the mechanic confirmed the alternator was bad, a replacement alternator was ordered and in route, work had started to remove the bad alternator, and we were given a thorough estimate of the expected costs.
