The service was completed six weeks prior. After the original appointment, the client made adjustments at home twice before returning with concerns for correction. Despite the alterations made after the initial service, I remained willing to review and properly refine the haircut.

I provided a scheduled appointment to address the concern while ensuring my commitments to other clients were respected. The client arrived without a scheduled appointment while I was actively performing a chemical service that required continuous supervision for safety. At that time, immediate service was not possible, and alternative timing options were offered.

As an independent stylist working strictly by appointment, I prioritize professionalism, safety, and fairness to all clients. My team and I consistently uphold high service standards and respectful communication in our work.
