    Thank you Rose for taking the time to help me twice this week. I came in looking for advice and she really went above and beyond to give me great advice and recommend products. She even stayed a bit after her shift to help me and didn’t just pawn me off on a colleague. With bad customer service being the norm these days she really deserves to be recognized because she is so kind and attentive. I will be back to purchase in store instead of online because she’s such a pleasure. I hope her manager reads this and recognizes her great employee.

    Staff are friendly, but i didnt like the products. I paid 40 dollars for long lasting lipstick for it to be wiped clean within 5 minutes.Also whats with the mess? I feel like i'm in walmart not an expensive cosmetic store.

    Usually I'm quite nervous to go into Sephora, but as soon as I needed help one of the employees came to help me and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall had a nice experience, all the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful!
