I had two pairs of boots repaired, one of which was very damaged, almost destined for the trash (hole on the side of the sole and at the front, soles detached, worn interior). The shoemaker assessed them, informed me clearly and kindly that it would be a challenge and that it was possible it would be ugly. No promises, he was very honest. The result? My boots were ready in a week when I was told two, and they are like new!! The second pair was pierced at the end and the heel worn, they were given to me all shiny and well sealed, I didn't recognize them at first glance as they seem new now!! THANKS! I loved the friendly, funny, and professional shoemaker. The lady at the counter/cash register is adorable. My repair for me I thought was not feasible but they found the ideal solution I am very satisfied I could still work in the extreme cold with my feet dry. and also I stop breaking the ice with hihihi
