The phone receptionist alone made me not want to book here. If you choose English, speak in English and your receptionist keeps rudely answering, and only in French, despite the fact she speaks in English, it's just really not a lovely experience.
I didn't choose your clinic because of her, you should consider giving her a re-training.

Great communication and friendliness from the secretary.
The ENT I saw however left me feeling unheard, and came across as dismissive to my plight. I left feeling completely hopeless that my issue would never improve, nor answers as to why my issue is even happening. I'd have appreciated an ENT that was open to digging deeper to rule things out. I'll be seeing a different ENT shortly. All I can hope is that the next one is open to ruling out certain issues via scans or MRI. Even if just for the sake of my peace of mind.
