Today during my visit at the salon I unfortunately experienced a very unpleasant incident but I want to highlight how professionally and efficiently the staff handled the situation. They were genuinely concerned, extremely helpful, and did everything they could to understand what happened and assist me. Their calm, respectful, and proactive attitude made a stressful moment much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate the support they showed throughout the entire process.
