I have been training here for over 7 years. The staff is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The owner is very involved and is always at the gym which shows his commitment to his gym. Perfect gym for beginners, intermediates or advanced for all different martial arts that they offer. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Really inexpensive for the installation and the courses offered. Super clean gym and competent staff! As much for beginners as for competitive players, there is a great dynamic there.
