A month ago we went to Nantel Music to buy a digital piano. Julien our sales helper was instrumental to match my type of playing to a good choice of digital piano in the store as he listened to the playing. He also made us feel comfortable. I had done research on certain model, but wasn't convinced after testing it. Julien then showed us something , a newer technology digital piano that I hadn't even considered. It's a great piano, we've had it for a month. Although it's a store full of merchandise, I love how the upper floor of the store had a quiet place on a Saturday afternoon, in order to try out the pianos. We also got great financing via Yamaha. I hadn't been to Nantel for years but ended up going for an E-Drum kit and I was not disappointed. Martin, my advisor, was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me make the right choices and I did appreciate the fact that I did not feel like I was being rushed. An hour later, I was on my way home with my new gear with a feeling of satisfaction. Highly recommend Nantel for your musical needs. The team is on top of their game, clearly.

I've been a customer for more than 15 years at Nantel in Laval , and today I purchased a Yamaha C-40 classical guitar . I must say that it has always been a most wonderful experience ! Their staff are extremely knowledgable on any musical instrument and with amplification as well as with recording equipment etc...
They are like family to me and surely the same must apply with countless other customers . Today I was served by longstanding Manager Julien as well as with the ever outstanding Martin who always gives a top-notch service .
