I tried to get a trade in value for my 2023 M440i as I wanted to get my next BMW. I was assisted by Fabrizio Caldarone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of the buyer’s time and decisions. Fabrizio was able to provide me all the information that I need for the car of my interest like the build sheet and the benefit and perks that the dealership will give me if I lease the car from BMW Laval. Yesterday I purchased my third car from this dealership (JCW, X6 and an off-brand). Patrick in pre-owned sales is a great person to deal with and an excellent ambassdor for BMW and the dealership. I have also used the service department and found the team there to be very professional. Sylvia managed two deliveries and she was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to seeing Patrick next year.
