Le technicien qui m’a reçu était courtois et poli. Dans un premier temps il a vérifié s’il y avait des rappels sur ma voiture. Il a confirmé ce qu’il était convenu de faire sur ma voiture avec les coûts reliés. Il m’a aussi proposé quelques options supplémentaires à faire pour améliorer ma conduite mais il n’a jamais insisté et a respecté mes choix. En attendant le chauffeur qui venait me conduire il m’a offert un café, de l’eau. Le chauffeur était aussi poli et très gentil et ponctuel
