You can always judge how good a company is when there is a problem that requires resolving. Basco passed that test with flying colours. Somehow, my replacement window and the locking mechanism was not the right size when the technician tried to install it. He told me that Basco would make a new one right away and he wouldn't accept my final payment until he returned with the right parts. My new window and lock was installed 2 weeks later and payment finalized. There was no fuss or need to complain. The technician did it for me. I found the service to be very professional and honest.
Je suis impressionnée du service hors pair que j’ai eu chez Basco. Ils sont honnêtes et n’essaient pas de nous vendre un produit inutilement. La dame au service a la clientèle est vraiment gentille et va de lavant pour anticiper nos besoins. Je recommande!
